All purchase contracts are legally registered in Romania’s national property registry, and foreign citizens can own real estate through a transparent process. Our legal team assists with every step, including document preparation and registration.

Yes. Construction officially began in June 2025.
The land is privately owned, all building permits have been approved, and the project is progressing according to schedule. The opening is planned for June 2027. -
