    Yes. The project is fully open to international investors. All purchase contracts are legally registered in Romania’s national property registry, and foreign citizens can own real estate through a transparent process. Our legal team assists with every step, including document preparation and registration.

  • Is construction already started?

    Yes. Construction officially began in June 2025.
    The land is privately owned, all building permits have been approved, and the project is progressing according to schedule. The opening is planned for June 2027.

  • Can I resell my unit or share later?

    Yes, you can. Your unit or share is a registered real estate asset and can be resold, transferred, or gifted at any time after purchase.
